Anxiety
Anxiety is the body and mind’s natural response to stress, uncertainty, or perceived danger. Everyone experiences anxiety at times. Anxiety can actually be helpful in small amounts because it can increase alertness, motivation, and preparation. Anxiety, however, becomes a problem when it becomes too intense, happens too often, lasts too long, or begins interfering with everyday life.
